THE MISSION
New Leaf Leadership Founder Joe Pettit believes the greatest thing we can do in life is to love others and help them find their worth, know their value, and continue replanting generational blessings not curses. After all, a seed is designed for maturity and multiplication and so are we.
Come to the farm where we encourage and lift up – not bury – each other.
THE VISION
We exist to educate, equip, encourage and empower migrant families, single parents, recovering addicts, and individuals looking to “turn over a new leaf” in life. We do it all on a farm with “dirt therapy”.
Free workshops will be offered that focuses on life and leadership skills needed to succeed while using gardens as the medium of teaching. We grow together in the dirt and the classroom. Everyone has potential but some need community. They receive it all at New Leaf Farm.

Whether it’s an annual conference or a small corporate retreat, our facility offers a variety of flexible meeting spaces with expert audio/visual capabilities. Enjoy Southern hospitality and experiential learning with exceptional service staff, dedicated group planners, and professional facilitators that all make event organization a breeze.
We live out our GROWTH value by expanding as a corporate retreat and convention center within the first three years. Development programs will grow to be an institution led by migrant families, single parents, and individuals who receive a scholarship and complete New Leaf Leadership programs and co-facilitate 30 hours.
THE MARKET
Our tropical oasis of a country store is unlike thing you’ve ever seen. With hibiscus growing inside it’ll feel like Latin America but the wooden rocking chairs outside take you to America’s rural backroads. We will serve as a farmer’s market built by farmers and made for farmers. No vendor charges.
New Leaf Farm will serve the COMMUNITY as an organic grower and supplier: Selling farm-fresh seasonal produce, greenhouse-grown microgreens, and fresh chicken eggs.
New Leaf Farm will also serve as a community hub where locals can stop by for a therapeutic day on the farm and enjoy Earth’s natural wonders. Or in reality, a place where parents can bring their children and let them get their hands dirty, receive nutrition education, and enjoy the great outdoors.
